JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design & development of aviation turbine systems. Based on customer,
supplier and internal inputs you will manage the design, simulation, development and testing of the project.
Responsibilities and tasks are:
– Lead development project
– Translating program requirements to specification
– Creating and securing technical and test specifications of projects
– Synchronizing supplier and customer requirements
– Development of new technologies
– Lead CFD and thermodynamical analysis of combustion systems
– Creating D-FMEA
– Give input in APQP project meetings

Communication:
You will work together with design and production engineering, sales and purchasing. Liaise together with purchasing, suppliers, subcontractors
& customers. The English language (Minimum B2 level) is required to communicate internally, with suppliers and customers.
Speaking the Dutch language is preferred.
Experience and education:
– You will be qualified Engineers, Ba / BEng / Masters Mechanical/Automotive/Aeronautical Engineering.
– You will have a minimum of 2 years engineering experience, ideally within in aviation environment.
– you will have experience in development and production of turbojets and/or other aviation propulsion systems
– Occasional visits to client and supplier sites will be required, a full driving license is necessary.
