Turbochargers with integrated waste-gate valve either controlled by pressure, vacuum or E-actuator. Wastegate turbochargers can be supplied for a wide range of applications from 25kW to 2500 kW. For Diesel, Petrol and gas.
A standard vanderlee Turbochargers are supplied with dual full floating journal bearings, low NVH, validated and proven to be robust in a whole spectrum of applications, from automotive applications to a marine and aviation environment. To support downsizing in Diesel and petrol engines, turbines can be equipped with a variable turbine nozzle. Where the exhaust flow is regulated by variable turbine inlet vanes. At low inlet flow closing the vanes to increase the gas pressure and ant high flow opening the vanes to reduce back pressure.
To improve response and avoid of-throttle surge, a vacuum type or electric bypass valve can be fitted on the turbocharger. The by-pass integrated in the compressor provides a space saving and cost efficient packaging solution. Reducing the parts count from external by-pass systems.
Turbocharger can be fitted with pre mounted oil & waterlines. Reducing the assembly time, parts and handling on the engine production line.
As to improve turbine efficiency and reduce under bonnet temperatures turbochargers can be pre fitted with heat-shielding. Either in steel welded to turbine housing, clamshell or fabric form. Also turbine housings can be delivered with ceramic coating to reduce temperature loss from the turbine system.
